The provider’s average assignment feedback score weighted by the number of hours worked on each assignment.
For example: a 1000 hour assignment with a 5 feedback score and a 300 hour assignment with a 1 feedback score would
result in a Feedback Score of 2.33 calculated thus: [(1000 hrs * 5) + (300 hrs * 1)] / (1000 hrs + 300 hrs) = 700 / 300 = 4.07
