how to open your open ssl
[PHP_OPENSSL]
extension=php_openssl.dll
you can enable or disable php_openssl.dll in your wamp server
go to your php.ini and find there extension=php_openssl.dll and uncomment it
it is ok and restart your wamp server now your extension=php_openssl.dll is working.
